Kogeto is proud to make Lucy, the world's most advanced panoramic video camera, and Dot, the world's smallest panoramic video thingy for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. Our company is founded on the principle that great products are built for people, not engineers. We strive to make solutions, not gadgets — and we have a heck of a lot of fun doing it.

Jeff Glasse
Founder and CEO

Jeff Glasse, CEOJeff Glasse has been innovating in the fields of digital media and education for over twenty years. Prior to founding Kogeto, Jeff spent a decade in senior management at Teachscape, the recognized leader in online teacher professional development. There, he ran interactive and video production, supervised the development of many of the company's more advanced web technologies, and created the panoramic video capture solution in use for the Measures of Effective Teaching Project. Jeff has produced video and interactive programs for such diverse entities as the United Nations, the National Civil Rights Museum, ESPN, and The Carter Center. He was the founder of DIGIT New Media, an award-winning documentary and interactive production company, and was a chief architect of Cubist Post and Effects, one of the most successful post-production facilities in Philadelphia. Jeff is a graduate of Princeton University.

David Sosnow
Co-Founder

David Sosnow, Co-FounderBefore joining Kogeto, David worked as a senior producer with Teachscape on the Measures of Effective Teaching Project, where he also helped design the panoramic video capture system and supervised hardware logistics and manufacturing for the study. Previously, David has freelanced as a producer and cinematographer on a variety of international network, commercial, and indie documentary productions for a variety of clients including VH1, ESPN, Pitchfork.tv, Microsoft, Joan Micklin Silver, and Oscar-winning director Barbara Kopple.

Jonathan Freger
CTO

Jonathan Freger, Chief Technology OfficerJonathan is a seasoned manager of diverse technical teams. Jonathan was a founder and Technology Director of the interactive marketing agency Deep Focus, where he was responsible for guiding the technical vision of the organization and leading development teams for clients such as Microsoft, Nintendo, and Calvin Klein. Prior to that, Jonathan was an Independent Technical Consultant advising on large scale development projects for Rolls-Royce and many of the world's largest non-profit organizations.

Steven M. Adler
CFO

Steven Adler, Chief Financial OfficerSteven has experience working in early and growth stage companies, both private and venture backed, such as Portaga, RevMax International, Reem Acra, Knock Knock and Pinnacle Taxx Advisor. He has raised $500K-$10 million in equity, venture debt and credit facilities in addition to selling divisions or companies with revenues of up to $30 million. In 2008, he was named CFO of the Year by Edison Venture Fund. A member of the New York City ARC Angel Fund, Steven founded a high technology software provider after working for five years at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Wharton Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Josh Hartung
Head of Product Design

Josh Hartung, Head of Product Design In his time with Kogeto, Josh has been the lead designer and engineer of all of Kogetoís core hardware products. From initial design to mass production, Josh is proud to lead an integrated and effective team that consistently delivers beautiful products that work very well.

William Harding
VP of Sales and Business Development

Bill Harding, Vice President of Sales and Business DevelopmentBill has 15+ years of revenue building and entrepreneurial experience in channel development, enterprise technology and digital media sales and development. Most recently, Bill has been a managing director at Financial Summit Ventures, a consulting firm for start-up technology companies. From 2007, Bill was the VP of Sales and Business Development at Service Platform. The firm was successfully sold to ClickSoftware (Nasdaq CKSW) in 2009. Prior to that, Bill was a Co-Founder and CRO of Product Care Group (PCG), a web-based commercial real estate services and consulting firm. Bill lives in NYC and went to NYU and Columbia Business School. He and his family have a French Bulldog named Jones (aka Stinky).

Nick Lynn
Brand Director

Nick Lynn, Brand DirectorNick's award-winning design talent and expertise in branding and marketing has helped shape highly effective campaigns for companies such as Samsung, American Express, and Disney. The depth of his experience across industries and media forms makes him an invaluable addition to the Kogeto team. Nick is a native of New York and a graduate of Parsons School of Design. In addition to a passion for design, Nick is an avid surfer.

Mary Barbour
Director of Customer Service

 Mary Barbour, Director of Customer ServiceMary is an experienced copywriter, journalist and writer of fiction. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and is currently completing a novel and working on a documentary film project. Mary has taught writing workshops at Dave Eggerís Literary Organization, 826 Valencia, and volunteered at writing programs throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. Her background in the industries of fashion and music brought her to a position as Marketing Manager at TuneCore, a Brooklyn-based digital music aggregator that was purchased by Sony in 2009. She has lived and worked in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Cyprus and Japan and brings to Kogeto over 10 years of experience in effective client communication and wordsmithing.

Sophie Ziner
Operations Manager

Sophie Ziner, Operations ManagerSophie spent much of the last decade organizing arts and humanitarian events in her native Canada. She brings her experience as a producer and editor to her role as Operations Manager. Sophie continues to work on documentary projects in her spare time.

Sarah Bush Adolf
Sales Operations Manager

Sarah has spent more than ten years working in top mobile and interactive companies in San Francisco, creating effective digital solutions for companies such as Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Motorola, and Dwell Magazine. Sarah began her career at Organic, a leading digital communications agency, and later joined Punchcut, a user experience design company specialized in creating innovative interface solutions for device, television, and desktop applications. Prior to heading east and joining Kogeto, Sarah managed marketing, product development, and operations at Teachscape, the leader in online teacher professional development. Outside pursuing career passions for cutting edge device technology and streamlining business operations, Sarah enjoys painting, recipe-blogging, traveling with her husband, and long walks on the beach with her dog Dharma. Sarah has a degree in Art Practice from the University of California, Berkeley.

Gina Rizzuto
Manager of Corporate Affairs

Gina Rizzuto, Manager of Legal AffairsBefore joining Kogeto, Gina, a third year law student, was helping to market and shape highly effective campaigns and initiatives for companies such as Warner Bros. Pictures, Mail.com Media Corporation, and the TheInfoPro. While obtaining her law degree, Gina has founded and led her school’s Disability Law Society while assisting attorneys in the representation of indigent clients in the Mental Disability Law Clinic. She has also interned at several law offices. In addition to her marketing past and passion for law, Gina is an avid movie goer and amateur foodie.

Chelsey Harness
Operations Assistant

Chelsey Harness, Operations AssistantChelsey Harness began working at Kogeto shortly after moving to New York City in 2011. Before that, she spent two years in Tokyo teaching English and frequenting Karaoke bars. Her undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Austin was comprised of Anthropology, Linguistics and European Studies, but she's quick to admit that nail art is her primary passion. She is plotting the acquisition of a pet Pug who she will bring to work everyday to keep her (and George) company. She brings many varied skills (and a robust love for coffee) to her role as Operations Assistant at Kogeto.

Kogeto Mascot

George, Kogeto MascotGeorge has been with Kogeto since the company’s inception. His origins are believed to stem from the Bichon Frise line, at least in part, though his taste in literature might belie his French roots. He could take upwards of a week to warm up to you, but once he does, you’ll be hard pressed to find a more loyal companion. Known for his ability to boost company morale, he can be found standing vigil next to your desk while you’re out to lunch or gleefully agreeing to work overtime. George loves the smell of deli sandwiches and fresh falafel.
